Shannon Highlander is an experienced operations manager and ski instructor with a diverse background in the winter sports industry. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Adventures on the Gorge, Shannon also holds a position as a Ski Instructor/Trainer at Deer Valley Resort since December 2022. With over two decades of experience, Shannon has been an Examiner for the PSIA - AASI Professional Ski Instructors of America since January 2002, contributing as an Intermountain Examiner and Clinic Leader. Prior roles include Ski Instructor, Operational Training Supervisor, and Trainer at Canyons, Park City from 1999 to 2021, and Adult Programs Manager & Trainer at Cardrona Alpine Resort from 2010 to 2013. Shannon Highlander holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from West Virginia University.
