Karen became a member of the team in March 2019. She grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota in a family that loved the outdoors. She is enjoying her new career assisting companies that share that love of the outdoors. Her professional background is in the medical field and managed the teaching of the software in that field which has helped with the navigation of AO software.
