Nimeet Kapoor currently serves as Program Director for Staffing Management Services at Adventist HealthCare, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this, Nimeet was Nursing Manager for the ICU and Rapid Response Team at Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center from December 2019 to September 2021. Nimeet's earlier experience includes roles as Nurse Manager in Medical Acute Care Telemetry and Senior Clinical Nurse in Medical ICU at the University of Maryland Medical Center, and as an RN BSN at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. Nimeet Kapoor holds an MBA in Business from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business, a Master's degree in Health Services and Leadership Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore, a BSN from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Stockton University.
