Kelly Ault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and people analytics. Currently serving as Senior Consultant at Adventist HealthCare since August 2016, Ault has held key roles across various organizations, including Implementation Project Manager at AvalonBay Communities and Senior Manager of Compensation at Inovalon. Prior positions include Project Manager for Compensation & HRMS at Rolls-Royce and Senior Consultant at American Red Cross.
