Marissa Lupo

Program Lead, Workforce Development at Adventist Health

Marissa Lupo is a seasoned professional in workforce development and talent acquisition, currently serving as Program Lead at Adventist Health since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading a multisite team for three hospitals and managing recruitment strategies for over 350 positions. Prior to this role, Marissa held various positions at Adventist Health, including Talent Advisor and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, focusing on aligning recruitment practices and engaging diverse markets. Earlier experience includes directing at TeenWorks Mentoring, overseeing strategic goals and board relations, and holding multiple roles at Hume Lake Christian Camps, where Marissa developed operational logistics and staff management. Marissa earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fresno.
