Caleb Fiedor, PharmD, BCPS, currently serves as an Outpatient Staff Pharmacist and Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at Adventist Health since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing outpatient duties and collaborating to implement ambulatory care services. With a comprehensive background in clinical pharmacy, Caleb has expertise in patient care across various disease states and has previously held positions such as Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient, Health Consultant at Univera, Inc., and PGY-1 Managed Care Pharmacy Resident at Kaiser Permanente. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Health Sciences from Fresno Pacific University, complemented by various internships and coaching experience in athletics.
