Ramachandran Kaunder possesses extensive experience in human resources information systems, currently serving as an HRIS Advisor at AdventHealth since June 2016, following a role as an HRIS Sr Analyst. Prior to AdventHealth, Ramachandran held the position of Technology Lead at Infosys from February 2007 to February 2016, specializing as a PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional consultant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai (2003-2006) and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology from Florida State University (August 2022 - May 2024).
