Isa Montanari is currently a Talent Communications Specialist at AdventHealth since December 2023, following a role as a Leadership intern. Prior experience includes freelance writing at IndyX from March 2023 to June 2023 and serving as Assistant Registrar at Kulaqua Retreat and Conference Center, where responsibilities involved managing online registrations for various events. Isa also held positions as Social Media Manager at Massage Institute of Cleveland and Southern Adventist University, as well as an intern at the City of Chattanooga's Office of Multicultural Affairs, focusing on online research and marketing material design. Education was completed at Southern Adventist University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies in May 2021.
