Gina Creek, Ed.D., is a seasoned leader in organizational and leadership development, currently serving as the Regional Chief People Officer at AdventHealth since September 2011. In this role, Gina oversees strategies related to talent attraction, motivation, development, and retention. Previous roles within AdventHealth include Executive Director of the Leadership Institute, where executive leadership was nurtured, and Director of Leadership Development, responsible for assessing and creating tailored leadership programs. Earlier positions involved executing organizational development strategies and managing change initiatives for the IT Division. Gina's academic background includes a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning from Vanderbilt University, a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Avila University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Union Adventist University. Prior to joining AdventHealth, Gina taught mathematics at Andrews University, covering multiple advanced courses.
