Eva Zahradnikova is an Associate at Advent International since July 2024, specializing in technology. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Centerbridge Partners, L.P. from January 2021 to June 2024 focusing on private equity and an earlier Associate role in private equity. At Bain Capital Credit, Eva served as an Analyst from November 2018 to July 2020, contributing to over ten transactions in performing and distressed credit sectors, including software, business services, industrials, and healthcare. Additional experience includes internships at Astorg, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Stanhope Capital, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. Eva holds a Master of Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen Mary University of London.
