Maria Almanzar has a strong background as a Human Resources Director. Maria began their career at Universidad de la Tercera Edad in 2001 and held this role until 2012. In 2012, they joined Advensus, where they also served as a Human Resources Director.

Maria Almanzar completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña between 1994 and 1999. Maria then pursued a Minor in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Universidad de la Tercera Edad in 2009. Maria later obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution, Universidad de la Tercera Edad, between 2010 and 2013.
