Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Rados served as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM). Rados has also been a member of the Stakeholder's Council at Uniwersytet Warszawski's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023, focusing on academic and professional development. Rados's earlier experience includes roles at the European Defence Agency, the European External Action Service, and various positions within the European Commission, in addition to serving as president of Network PL and working at the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, obtained in 2003.
