Marco Capasso serves as the General Counsel and Secretary of the Board at Advarra since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marco held the position of General Counsel at WCG Clinical from February 2017 to June 2022. Earlier in the career, Marco was Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at PAREXEL and served as Counsel, Director at Eli Lilly and Company. Additional experience includes roles as an Attorney at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals and Schering-Plough, and as an Associate at Mazie Slater Katz & Freeman, LLC. Marco began the career in clinical research coordination at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Weill Cornell Medical College, and Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Educational credentials include a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
