Johan Bjurup is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial and insurance organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Advanzia Bank S.A. since March 2024, Bjurup previously led Bjurup Group as Chief Executive Officer from September 2019 to March 2024 and held the position of Chief Digital Officer at Ikano Bank from July 2020 to February 2024. Prior to these roles, Bjurup held several senior positions at RSA, including Chief Data Officer, CIO, and IS Delivery Director, focusing on IT and program delivery across Scandinavia. Johan also has experience as an IT Business Manager and Consultant at Codan Forsikring and Sigma AB, respectively, and served as a team leader and IT responsible at B&B Vvs Consultants early in the career. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Informatics from Lund University and certification as a board member.
