Shayan Jamal holds a Master of Philosophy in Human Resources Management and Services from Iqra University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Karachi University. Currently serving as Sr-Manager Talent & OD at Advantest since August 2022, Shayan has previously led human resources at One Potato Two Potato from April 2017 to August 2022. In that role, responsibilities included recruitment, HR budget management, outlet restructuring, and implementation of internal policies. Earlier experience includes HR positions at Hanco Automotive and Siddiqsons Group, focusing on optimizing HR operations and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Shayan is also a certified CHRP in Human Resources Management and Services.
