Candi Ruffner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in student financial services and student affairs. Currently serving as Client Lead at Advantasure since January 2021, Candi previously held the position of Director of Student Financial Services at Madonna University from November 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, Candi worked at Baker College for 14 years, where roles included Director of Student Affairs, overseeing various student support services, and Director of Financial Aid, responsible for managing and mentoring financial aid staff and developing institutional policies. Candi's career began at Baker College as a Financial Aid Advisor, assisting students with financial aid processes. Candi holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Baker College.
