Mark Grossman possesses extensive experience in various administrative and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Administrative Specialist I and previously as a Processing Assistant at the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State since January 2017, Mark has developed a strong foundation in administrative functions. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Professional at Advantage Rent A Car, a Full Service Associate at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from September 2014 to December 2016, a Hardlines employee at Target in 2014, and a Dispatch Supervisor at Cablevision from 2000 to 2006. Mark is also an alumnus of Oceanside High School.
