Lars Thylander is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, having founded and served as Chairman, Partner, and Owner at Thylander since 1986. In addition, Lars holds the position of Chairman at ADVANTAGE Investment Partners and serves as a Boardmember for Falsled Kro 1744 - Relais & Châteaux. Lars is also involved with Real￨Care as a Bestyrelsesmedlem and previously contributed to Forælderfonden as a Bestyrelsesrådsmedlem. Lars began the professional journey as a Trainee at Nordisk Bolig Invest from 1983 to 1986, following education at Niels Brock from 1980 to 1983, where a degree in HH was obtained.
