Georg Krenn is an experienced professional in international trade promotion, currently serving as the Austrian Commercial Counsellor and Head of ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Cairo since August 2014. Previous roles include Deputy Head positions in ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA offices in Bangkok, Istanbul, Berlin, and Moscow, focusing on trade relations with Thailand, Turkey, and other countries. Krenn began a career in international trade at AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA and gained legal experience as a Judicial Clerk and summer intern in various law firms. Krenn holds a Mag. iur. degree in Law from the University of Vienna, supplemented by studies in European Union and International Law at esteemed institutions in London.
