Steffen Schultz-Boysen is an experienced professional in project management and construction, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Advansia since November 2022. Previous roles include Project Manager at Oda, Prosjektleder at ÅF Advansia, and Byggeleder at CM Prosjekt AS. Steffen has also worked as a Project Manager at Prodecon A/S and Bygherrerådgiver at Alectia, in addition to experience at Vestas Wind Systems A/S as Site Manager and Construction Trainee. Steffen holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Aalborg University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Further education includes a Safety Coordinator degree from Dansk Byggeri and negotiation techniques qualifications from Edinburgh Business School. Steffen has also contributed as a Board member for YFU-Danmark between 2005 and 2008.
