Dave Keeshan is a highly experienced engineering and design professional with a strong background in hardware development, FPGA design, and technical management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Technical Manager at ADVANS Group since September 2024, Dave leads a team focused on emulation while also providing mentoring and training. With a long-standing role as a Graphic Designer at Mavek Studios since 2008, Dave specializes in creating visual content, including posters, T-shirts, and 3D animations. In addition, Dave has hosted and directed podcasts such as "Gurus of Comedy" and "Future is Not Set" since 2012. Previous roles include Lead Engineer at X Display Company, Hardware and FPGA Engineer at Equal1, and Emulation Lead at Intel Corporation, showcasing expertise in deep learning, ASIC/FPGA prototyping, and data science. Dave holds a degree in Electrical and Microelectronic Engineering from University College Cork.
