Eelko Bronkhorst serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Advans Microfinance Network since November 2015, overseeing a network of SME and micro banks in emerging markets that provide financial services to over 1 million clients across 9 countries in Asia and Africa. Additionally, Eelko holds the position of Managing Director at Financial Access, specializing in advisory, financing, technology, and management support for financial institutions in emerging markets. Previously, Eelko was the CEO of Orangefield Group and Managing Director at Terra Development Partners. Eelko's extensive career at ABN AMRO Group included various leadership roles, culminating in CEO positions in Switzerland and as Regional Head for multiple regions. Eelko holds an Advanced Management Program degree from INSEAD and a JD in International Public Law from Utrecht University.
