Ted Hornback, STS, currently serves as the Site Manager for the eFactory Services Team at Advanced Technology Services (ATS) since October 2017. With over 30 years of extensive experience in mechanical maintenance and planning, Ted has held key positions including Sr. Site Operations Maintenance Manager at Caterpillar in Griffin, Georgia, and Site Maintenance Manager for ATS at the Morgan Thermal Ceramics Facility. Ted's earlier experience includes roles such as Mechanical Maintenance & Planning Supervisor at Fibrant, LLC, and Maintenance Team Leader at Austin Industrial, where responsibilities ranged from leading large teams in heavy industrial settings to executing major equipment overhauls. Ted's foundational experience began with cryogenic equipment management while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Education includes training at the US Naval School of Cryogenics and a high school diploma from Bettendorf High School in Iowa.
