Nathan Rowlett is an experienced technology educator and support specialist with a robust background in digital skills training, technical support, and educational instruction. Currently serving as a CyberNavigator for the Chicago Public Library Foundation since November 2018, Nathan has instructed over 225 patrons in digital skills and contributed to their employment success through resume and cover letter assistance. As the founder of Illuminating Technology, Nathan has provided customized technological support to over 70 clients. Previous roles include Head Technology Support Specialist at Mary Hollis Johnston, Ph.D. Therapeutic Services, Teen Homework Tutor at Educational Services Associates, and teaching positions across various educational institutions. Nathan holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Brighton and a B.A. in Directing and Theatrical Production from Beloit College.
