Ross Uhrich currently serves as a Program Manager in the Health Science Futures Office at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) since 2023. Uhrich has held multiple roles within the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences since 2016, including Assistant Professor of Surgery and Clinical Teaching Fellow. Additionally, Uhrich works as an Attending Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and Advanced Life Support Instructor with the American Red Cross. Previous experience includes serving on the Medical Advisory Board for AirMid Critical Care Products and as an Investor for MEDA Angels, LLC. Uhrich has been a Policy Advocate for the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and has extensive military experience, serving in various capacities with the US Navy from 2010 to 2022. Uhrich's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and a Doctor of Medical Dentistry with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
