Pedro Pichardo is an experienced Systems Administrator at Advanced Health Media since February 2006, responsible for the administration and maintenance of several critical systems including Microsoft Active Directory, Win2K3 & Win2K8 Server, and Exchange 2007, as well as managing backups for all production systems and supporting Tier1 production systems around the clock. Previously, Pedro served as a Senior Support Technician, providing desktop and laptop support for over 700 users and earning the 2006 Customer Service Rookie of the Year recognition. Earlier experience includes a role as a POS Field Technician at CC Productions, PosiTouch, focusing on installation and support of POS systems, and managing a Help Desk Technical Assistance Team at William Paterson University, where Pedro supervised support technicians and assisted over 1000 users.
