Ryan Lippert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager and Plant Manager at Advanced Filtration Systems Inc. since March 2021, Ryan has previously held significant roles such as Bakery Manager at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery and Manufacturing Director at Revlon Inc. Notably, during tenure at The Kraft Heinz Company, Ryan was responsible for safety, quality, cost, and delivery results for its largest manufacturing unit, providing leadership to numerous teams. Ryan's expertise is further reinforced by previous positions at Kraft Foods Group and National Oilwell Varco, as well as military service as a Captain in the Corps of Engineers. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from the University of Idaho.
