Baer Bradford serves as the Director of Performance Development at Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC, where responsibilities include project management for proposals and new site launches, leading a team of six in reporting and auditing for AT&T projects, and enhancing quality assurance production significantly. Previously, Baer held various roles at Jackson Hewitt, Citigroup, Cingular Wireless, and Charter Communications, where extensive experience was gained in tax preparation, operations management, team supervision, and customer service. Baer holds an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with ongoing doctoral studies in Information Systems and Technology.
