Michael Miles has a diverse work experience in various industries. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing & Operations at Ad Astra Diagnostics, Inc. and Advanced Animal Diagnostics, overseeing recruitment, scheduling, and product manufacture.

Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Merck, where they managed a team of associates and played a key role in hiring and onboarding new team members. Michael also served as a Subject Matter Expert in waste disposal and removal.

Before Merck, Michael held roles at Entegris, including Global Service Manager and Production Manager. Michael managed a global field service organization, developed service offerings, and implemented customer-centric solutions. Michael also successfully led tech transfers and process improvements.

Earlier in their career, Michael served as a Franchise Owner and Operations Manager at Gemini Concept Group, where they opened a new QSR franchise and implemented effective inventory control systems.

Michael began their career as a Chemist and Project Manager at Bergen Materials Corp., where they successfully launched a new product and developed pricing tools.

Michael Miles obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida, where they attended from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Operations and Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017.
