Jeffrey O'Connell began their work experience in 2000 at Eason & Son Ltd, where they held positions as Accounts Manager and later as Logistics Manager. Jeffrey then moved on to Sage in 2016, where they worked as a SageOne Customer Service Technician (Intern), providing sales and technical support for SageOne UK and Irish customers. In the same year, O'Connell joined Advance Systems as a Senior Application Support Analyst Team Lead. Prior to this, in 2013, they worked as a student at IT Tallaght.
Jeffrey O Connell attended Technological University Dublin from 2013 to 2017 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at TU Dublin, Tallaght from 2013 to 2016.
