Pam Robertson is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as Head of HR at Advance Northumberland since September 2016, where the focus is on economic regeneration and community prosperity. Previously, Pam held the position of Divisional Personnel Manager at South Tyneside NHS Trust, overseeing significant change management projects. Prior to that, Pam was the Head of HR at North East Chamber of Commerce for nearly two decades, developing a strong foundation in HR practices and project management. Earlier career roles included Personnel Officer positions at EMC UK and Superdrive Motoring Centres. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University and a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Newcastle College.
