David Kyffin (MBA) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David currently serves as the Head of Service Transformation and Corporate Programmes at Advance HE, where they lead transformation projects across various departments, collaborating with key stakeholders to improve systems and processes. Prior to this, David worked at Sheffield Hallam University in several roles, including Senior Department Manager, Student Complaints and Compliance Manager, Head of Operations and Development (Hallam Guild), Student Experience Manager - Teacher Education Dept, Learning Hub Manager - Education, Childhood & Inclusion, Team Leader, and Placement Administrator. David has extensive experience in academic and administrative management, strategy and business planning, student support, project management, and relationship building with external partners. Before joining the university, David worked as a Technical Coordinator at Dalkia UK, where they were responsible for data management, staff training, and risk assessments. With their strong leadership and expertise in service transformation, David Kyffin effectively contributes to optimizing productivity and enhancing services in the organizations they have worked for.

David Kyffin (MBA) completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Sheffield Hallam University, from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Northumbria University, from 1997 to 2000. David also holds additional certifications, including a Level 7 Senior Leader Masters Degree - Merit from ILM, obtained in 2022, and a FA Level 1 football coaching certification from the FA, obtained in 2016.
