Mark Rowe is a co-founder and director of Advance Consulting Engineers Ltd, an engineering consultancy based in Cornwall, specializing in transport planning and civil engineering services. With extensive experience in the field, Mark previously served as Technical Director at Hydrock, overseeing transport planning and highway engineering. Mark's career also includes roles as Associate, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant at Hydrock, as well as positions as Assistant Engineer at Denis Wilson Partnership, Graduate Transport Planner at Parsons Brinckerhoff, and GIS Database Analyst at Arup. Mark holds a BA(Hons) in Geography from the University of Portsmouth and has a strong educational background from Bodmin Community College.
