Sen Nguyen has extensive work experience in collections and management roles. They began their career in 2007 as an Assistant at Sino-Pacific Construction Consultancy Co., Ltd. where they handled finance follow-up, human resources management, and client consultation. From 2010 to 2013, Sen worked at HSBC as a Collections Supervisor, managing overdue customer portfolios, ensuring team performance, and overseeing daily operations. They then joined HD SAISON Finance Co., Ltd in 2013 as a Call Center Operations Manager, responsible for managing call centers and developing policies and procedures. Sen moved on to COM-B Tà i chÃnh tiêu dùng OCB in 2017 as the Collections Head, before joining Concentrix in 2018 in the same role. Currently, Sen is the Head of Collections at ADVANCE.AI, responsible for managing the market in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam.
