Ika Novia Puspita has work experience as a Data Annotator at ADVANCE.AI since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked in an Administration role at Bimbingan Belajar from July 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, they served as an Administrative Intern at Kantor Walikota Bekasi from July 2016 to October 2016, where their responsibilities included assisting with administrative tasks, data archiving, and correspondence.

Ika Novia Puspita received a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Universitas Indraprasta PGRI (UNINDRA) between 2019 and 2023. Prior to that, they attended SMK Negeri 11 Kota Bekasi from 2015 to 2018, where they focused on Accounting in high school.
