Oskar Mierzwa is an experienced NPI-LCE Test Engineer at ADVA Optical Networking, where responsibilities include new product implementation and testing since April 2019. Prior to this role, Oskar served as a Junior NPI Engineer at Gemalto, focused on product support and process improvements from March 2017 to March 2019. Experience also includes a student internship at MpicoSys, involving circuit board assembly and testing, and a Test Engineering internship at Jabil, where C# application development and cooperation on computer vision systems were key tasks. Oskar holds a Magister degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Gdańsk University of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in Digital Signal and Image Processing from Cranfield University, and an Inżynier degree in Control Systems and Robotics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
