Wojciech Klimek has extensive experience in the field of network engineering and system verification testing, currently serving as Senior Director of R&D Customer Application Testing at ADVA Optical Networking since October 2006. In this role, Wojciech is responsible for network engineering and ensuring a customer-oriented testing approach for solutions. Previous positions at ADVA include Director and Manager roles in R&D. Additionally, Wojciech is a board member at MBA Inspire since July 2016. Early professional experience includes an internship as a Production Line Manager at Procter & Gamble. Wojciech holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Kozminski University.
