Dariusz Cabel is an experienced technical support manager with a career spanning over 28 years in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Support at ADTRAN since May 2012, Dariusz oversees the regional Technical Support organization focused on software services for xDSL, Wi-Fi, and OSS products, while managing care and project management for EMEA customers. Prior roles include Head of Technology Cluster for Access Products at Nokia Siemens Networks, where key responsibilities involved building a global support community and driving organizational changes, as well as managing international groups for high-level technical support. Dariusz has held several engineering and management positions at Siemens AG and Siemens Sp. z o.o., starting as a Telecommunication Specialist at ZWUT S.A. and progressing through various technical and managerial capacities. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Kozminski University and a Master of Science from Lodz University of Technology.
