Jimmy Welch currently serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing at AdTech Ceramics, a position held since October 2023, focusing on the sales infrastructure for high-temperature co-fired ceramic electronics. Previously, from October 2012 to February 2021, Jimmy held the role of Engineering Manager at the same company, contributing to the advancements in automation, technical capability, and product quality in the production of co-fired ceramic electronic packages. Jimmy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and completed a program at Branch Technology from February 2021 to September 2023.
