Heather Saitta has experience in strategy and corporate development roles. Heather worked as a Sr. Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Adtalem Global Education since 2019. Prior to that, they were a Director of Strategic Initiatives at HBR Consulting from 2018 to 2019. Heather also worked as a Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development at Heidrick & Struggles from 2016 to 2018. Heather started their career as a Consultant of Business Strategy at Accenture from 2014 to 2016, and as an Analyst of Treasury & Trade Solutions at Citi from 2012 to 2014.

Heather Saitta holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (BBS) degree in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University.
