Frowene Harvey Rodgers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Frowene has worked at Adtalem Global Education as the VP of Global ER & HR Operations. Frowene is also the Co-Founder & Principal Consultant at FHR Human Capital Partners. In their previous roles, Frowene worked at Waterton as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they provided strategic HR advice to the CEO and executive leadership team. At Grainger, they served as the Human Resources Director and Senior Manager, leading global HR teams and advising business leaders. Frowene also served as a Regional HR Business Partner at Grainger, overseeing HR strategy and planning. Frowene Harvey Rodgers has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management/Human Resources from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Frowene also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering Management (Mechanical Engineering track) from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
