Carolyn Franklin has extensive experience in IT support services. Carolyn has worked at Adtalem Global Education since 2008, holding the positions of Director - IT Service Operations and Senior Manager/Service Desk & Training. In these roles, they have led IT support teams, managed vendor relationships, and implemented improvement initiatives. Prior to Adtalem Global Education, they worked at SIRVA from 1992 to 2008 as the Manager/Business Systems Support, where they achieved corporate goals for customer satisfaction and efficiency gains. Before that, they served as a Customer Service Manager at Western Fidelity Insurance from 1987 to 1991.

Carolyn Franklin attended DeVry University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Technical Management. Carolyn also attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1980 to 1983, although their degree and field of study are unknown.
