Jennifer Kier has over 18 years of experience in leadership roles within the IT and customer success domains. Currently serving as Director of IT and Director of Telecom at ADT since January 2021, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of IT at DEFENDERS from January 2019 to December 2020. At Greenlight Guru, Jennifer was the VP of Customer Success, contributing to the development of a quality management software platform tailored for medical device companies. Jennifer's extensive career also includes significant roles at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, where Jennifer served as Global Director of Customer Success for PureConnect Cloud, along with various leadership positions in client support and management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Northern Colorado.
