Gustavo Onozato Ushimaru is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the security and technology sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at ADT since January 2018, and Operations Director at Johnson Controls, Gustavo leads the ADT Monitoring Business, which serves over 1 million subscribers globally. Additionally, Gustavo has held pivotal roles including Operations Director at Tyco Integrated Security, overseeing multiple areas such as engineering, quality, and customer service, and Industrial and Engineering Manager at Plastrom Sensormatic. Previous experience includes significant project management positions at Ericsson across various countries and a foundation in software development. Gustavo holds an MBA in Administration from USP and degrees in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista.
