Matthew Huber has a diverse work experience that spans both the private and public sectors. Matthew started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served in various roles including a Scheduling Officer, T-6 and T-44 Student Pilot, C-130 Initial Training, C-130 Pilot, and Air Mobility Liaison Officer. After leaving the military in 2014, they joined ADS, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager, representing their products and services to the United States Air Force. Matthew then moved on to become the Vertical Sales Manager for the US Air Force and US Space Force at ADS Inc. Currently, Matthew is the Director of Talent Development & Acquisition at ADS, Inc.

Matthew Huber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the United States Air Force Academy, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Matthew also obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the American Military University, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, prior to attending the United States Air Force Academy, they attended the United States Air Force Academy Preparatory School from 2002 to 2003.
