Timothy W Miller has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and correctional facility roles. Most recently, Timothy worked as a Direct Care Monitor/Support Provider at Gateway Foundation from January 2023 to July 2023. Prior to that, Timothy held positions at TELUS International from January 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included providing technical support and customer service for Google Fi. Timothy's earlier experience includes serving as a Correctional Officer at TDCJ, a Substance Abuse Counselor Intern, and various customer service roles in financial and telecommunications sectors. Timothy possesses a certificate in Drug & Alcohol Addiction from the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies and has a high school diploma from Westwood High School.
