Herman Kemper is an experienced project manager with a solid background in construction and project leadership. Currently serving as Projectmanager at ADS Groep since March 2023, Herman previously held the position of Projectleider at Visser & Smit Bouw bv from March 2015 to March 2023. Prior to that, Herman worked as Projectleider Civiel at GMB EU from January 2013 to February 2015 and as Projectleider at Aan de Stegge Bouw en Werktuigbouw from September 2002 to December 2012. Earlier in the career, Herman gained valuable experience at Dura Vermeer, filling roles as uitvoerder, werkvoorbereider, and calculator from August 1988 to August 2002, and as a calculator at AVA Bouw from July 1986 to July 1988. Herman holds an ing. in Bouwkunde from HTS Bouwkunde (1982-1985) and a degree from MTS Bouwkunde (1978-1982).
