Toer Schaffer is an experienced project leader and consultant specializing in digital transformation and healthcare innovation. Currently serving as Project Leader for Digital Transformation at RIGA since October 2024 and as a Consultant at Allegro Medical since May 2019, Toer has contributed to various projects aimed at improving healthcare delivery. Previous roles include Project Leader for Suitable Acute Care at Adrz and Project Leader for the Transition of Care at Reinier de Graaf Hospital, responsible for implementing significant healthcare transition projects. Additional experience encompasses project leadership in digital care, healthcare innovation, and IT projects across multiple healthcare institutions, including SEIN and Tergooi. Toer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, completed in 2017.
