Sameer Prakash is a seasoned technology executive with a strong background in AI and customer engagement solutions. As the Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder of Adqura since 2011, Sameer has focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through AI/ML-driven strategies. Prior to Adqura, Sameer founded Ardent Business Consulting in 2007, specializing in AI, real-time decisioning, and blockchain technologies. Sameer's experience also includes leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone Group, Orange UK, O2 UK, and Sogeti Switzerland, where significant contributions were made to decisioning projects and customer relationship management capabilities. Sameer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
