Kausik Pal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kausik began their career as an Implementation Consultant at Tech Mahindra Ltd., where they provided business transformation consulting for the telecommunications industry. After that, they worked as a Business Specialist at iGATE PATNI, an IT services and business solutions provider. Following this, they joined Vodafone as the Technical SPOC for Chordiant Decisioning Centre of Excellence, where they were responsible for launching a global program to improve marketing ROI. Kausik then worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Decisioning Business Analyst, where they introduced real-time decisioning across various banking brands. Currently, they hold the position of Decisioning Director at Adqura, a consultancy specializing in real-time marketing solutions within the mobile telecoms and retail banking domain. Throughout their career, Kausik has gained expertise in customer experience, multi-channel marketing, and performance measurement.
Kausik Pal has a strong educational background in business and computer science. Kausik completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Marketing at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Jadavpur University between 1995 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, Kausik Pal has also obtained a certification as a Certified Pega Marketing Consultant from Pegasystems.
